Costa Mesa Imaging Company Acquired

Gretag Imaging Holding AG, the world’s largest maker of image-processing equipment, said it bought Anagraph in Costa Mesa for $3 million to expand in professional imaging. Anagraph has 40 employees and generated sales of $4 million last year. Gretag, which is based in Switzerland, has sales of $417 million.
