Each year, the teachers and staff at Gilbert Elementary School organize food drives during winter and spring breaks for students who receive free meals when school is in session. Staples such as spaghetti, beans, rice, macaroni, onions and potatoes will be distributed to 30 to 40 families. Information: (714) 522-7281.
