The Mission Viejo operator of casual dining restaurants, reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $171,000, or 1 cent a share, compared with a net loss of $199,000, or 3 cents a share, for the 1998 fourth quarter. Revenue rose about 30% to $9.3 million. Net income for the year totaled $390,000, or 5 cents a share, up from $85,000 or 1 cent a share, for 1998. Revenue advanced 24% to $37.4 million.
