The Planning Department counter on a typical day can be crammed with residents rifling through documents, with no room for comfort.

To help ease the process, and cut down on document thefts, the Community Development Department has introduced a new computer-access program for residents who want to view address files.

The program can be accessed with a computer on the corner of

the Planning Department counter in City Hall.
