Joseph Briganti Takes Post at Edison Capital

Joseph Briganti has joined Edison Capital in Irvine as an acquisitions director for its affordable housing subsidiary, Edison Capital Housing Investments. Briganti was formerly with Key Housing Capital, where he was a team leader of an acquisitions group for low-income housing tax credits. Before that he originated equity investments for Boston Capital.

* William Ellermeyer and Valerio L. Giannini have joined the advisory board of VillageFax.com in Tustin. Ellermeyer is senior vice president of Lee Hecht Harrison Inc. Giannini is a principal of NewCap Partners, a Los Angeles-based private investment banking firm.

* John Moreno has been appointed senior vice president at Marsh to lead the Newport Beach office employee benefits practice for the Orange County and Inland Empire markets. Before joining the risk and insurance services firm, he was with Sedgwick in California, Oregon and corporate, and started out with Aetna Life Insurance.

* Paul Sellers has been named director, marketing communications for Hyundai Motor America in Fountain Valley. Before joining the company, Sellers was national advertising manager at American Honda Motor Co.

* Jon Ciarletta has been appointed research director for Morpace International Inc. in Irvine. He was formerly strategic research manager at Toyota Motor Sales USA. Ciarletta has also held marketing and research positions at Acentech Inc. and BBN Systems and Technologies.
