MRV Communications Acquires CES of Switzerland

MRV Communications Inc. of Chatsworth has acquired Geneva, Switzerland-based CES, a data-acquisition systems designer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new company will be known as iTouch.

MRV Communications manufactures optical components and network infrastructure systems.
