Merrill Lynch to Anchor Westlake Village Complex
Merrill Lynch has leased 13,000 square feet of space in the Westlake Plaza Centre III office complex next to the Hyatt Westlake Plaza in Westlake Village.
The financial services company will become the anchor tenant. Merrill Lynch, now in Thousand Oaks, will employ 40 to 50 people at the new site.
The 10-year lease has a value of $4.5 million.
“Merrill Lynch is making a long-term commitment to serving the Conejo Valley from this location,” said branch manager Matt Morrison. “We will be looking to add 12 to 15 quality financial consultants to our current professional staff.”
Located in the 2800 block of Townsgate Road, Westlake Plaza Centre III is a three-story office building scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
