The Planning Commission on Monday will consider whether to approve a proposed three-story, 82-unit affordable housing complex for seniors on West Lincoln Avenue. Mercy Charities, the nonprofit group proposing the complex, had previously proposed building a 46-unit low-income family housing complex on the 1.9-acre property.
