IRVINE
Ballerinas and other dancers may audition for Ballet Pacifica’s 34th annual production of “The Nutcracker” on Sept. 16 and 17.
Beginning and intermediate dancers who are 6 and older will audition in two groups. On Sept. 16, dancers who are 4-foot-8-inches or shorter will be seen at 2 p.m., and dancers taller than 4-foot-8 will be seen at 4 p.m.
Advanced and professional male and female dancers can audition at 10 a.m. Sept. 17.
Male dancers are especially needed. There is a $7 fee to audition at the studio, 1824 Kaiser Ave. Information: (949) 851-9930.
