The Marblehead Coastal development was discussed at a town hall-style meeting Tuesday night at St. Andrew’s Methodist Church.
Jim Holloway, community development director, announced that a complete application for the Marblehead development on Avenida Vista Hermosa south of Interstate 5 was submitted Tuesday.
The 430-home and commercial project, which was approved by the city last year, had been in limbo for 10 months while developers worked on the California Coastal Commission’s requirements for submitting an application.
