SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
Improving academic performance, increasing access to technology and building a new high school top a list of 32 goals for the 2000-01 school year.
The list is up for approval at tonight’s meeting of the Capistrano Unified School District Board of Trustees.
This year’s list of objectives, compiled by district staff, includes nine high-priority projects and 23 lower-priority tasks. Trustees approve a new list of goals each year.
The district’s top goal in the high-priority section--increasing achievement districtwide on the Academic Performance Index--was among last year’s objectives.
The school board meets at 7 p.m. at the district office, 32972 Calle Perfecto, San Juan Capistrano.
