Chopped Veggie Salad

Sometimes the vegetables are raw, sometimes they’re grilled; sometimes there’s cheese, sometimes there isn’t. No matter--this crunchy salad is always a favorite.

* Kokomo Cafe: It’s not on the menu, but regulars know about the classic salad of red bell pepper, garbanzos, tomatoes, zucchini, romaine and provolone in any of Kokomo’s eight dressings, from balsamic vinaigrette to lime curry. * Cafe Montana: This chopped vegetable salad changes weekly; you might find asparagus, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms and eggplant, just to name a few ingredients.
