Sony Debt Rating Outlook Cut to ‘Negative’

Sony Corp., the second-largest consumer-electronics maker, had its long-term debt rating outlook cut to “negative” by Moody’s Investors Service on concern profit is eroding at the company’s electronics division.
Moody’s, which currently has an “Aa3” rating on Sony, downgraded its outlook from “stable.”
