Missing Man Found Dead Below Cliff
A Lancaster man reported missing over the weekend was found dead at the bottom of a cliff Monday afternoon after he apparently drove his pickup truck over the side, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Sgt. Paul Dino said.
Kenneth Stout, 57, told his wife he was going four-wheeling in the Angeles National Forest on Sunday night, but had not returned Monday, Dino said. A sheriff’s rescue helicopter found his body and his truck about 1 p.m. at the bottom of a cliff in the forest.
Investigators found skid marks on Angeles Crest Highway above, Dino said, adding that the incident is under investigation.
