Gen. Duong Van Minh Buried at Rose Hills

Gen. Duong Van “Big” Minh, president of South Vietnam a few days before the country fell to communist invaders, was buried Saturday in Buddhist services.
About 500 people, including family members and former South Vietnamese military officers, attended the ceremony at Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary.
Minh, 86, died Aug. 6 at a hospital, a day after falling from his wheelchair at his Pasadena home.
