Vandal in Ninja Clothing Hits Near Court Building

An anarchist ninja is painting the town red.
A surveillance video shows a person wearing black ninja-style clothing and a mask splashing red paint Wednesday on the walkways at the downtown U.S. Bankruptcy Court building and spray painting an anarchy symbol and the word “freedom” on a flag left on the ground.
Police believe the vandal may have beheaded a statue of Christopher Columbus at Junipero Serra Hall near the mission.
