CT Realty Opens First Storage Outlet in Planned Chain
Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. said it has opened the first self-storage facility in a chain of the facilities planned throughout California.
An 83,000-square-foot Storage Outlet has opened in South Gate, and a second facility is under construction in Bellflower, according to the real estate investment firm. The facilities feature modular steel containers that are manufactured off-site for the company.
The first four Storage Outlets will be funded through a special fund that raised $3.8 million last year. A second fund will be created over the next few months to build self-storage facilities.
