Rescuers pulled one survivor from storm-battered rocks off the southern coast of Turkey a day after a cargo ship cracked in half, according to authorities. As many as 50 illegal immigrants were believed to be trapped in a cargo compartment now at the bottom of the sea. Rescue teams plucked 32 other survivors--six crew members and 26 passengers--from the waters Monday, after the Georgian-registered vessel smashed against the rocks offshore from the Mediterranean resort town of Kemer, according to officials. Eight bodies have been recovered. Survivors have said that as many as 50 other people, seeking illegal entry to Europe, were trapped in the hold.
