Oracle CFO to Sell Shares:

Oracle Corp. Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Henley said he plans to sell as many as a million shares of the No. 2 software maker, according to a regulatory filing. The stake is worth about $33 million, based on Oracle’s closing price of $33.31, up 56 cents, on Nasdaq.
