Whom do we complain to about the U.S.-Honduras soccer game being available only on pay per view?

How do they expect to attract U.S. fans to world-class soccer if the U.S. games aren’t easily available for viewing? I might understand if the game were being played locally and it was blacked out in Los Angeles, but how many could travel to San Pedro Sula to see it?
