* The law firm of Weston, Benshoof, Rochefort, Rubaclava & MacCuish signed an 11-year sublease for about $15 million for 60,000 square feet of office space formerly rented by oil company BP, successor to Arco, at 333 S. Hope St. in Los Angeles. Insignia/ESG brokers R. Todd Doney, Nico M. Vilgiate and Gregory P. Tippin represented BP in the transaction, which Doney said was the largest sublease in several years in the Bunker Hill area of downtown Los Angeles. The tenant was represented by Steve Bay and Clay Hammerstein of Insignia/ESG.
* The O’Hearn Trust of Oxnard bought a 106,000-square-foot retail building occupied by Home Depot at 12960 Foothill Blvd. in San Fernando for nearly $14.7 million from Regency Centers. William Bauman of Colliers Seeley International and Mark Lucescu of Marcus & Millichap represented Regency Centers. The buyer was represented by Kamal Bank of Westcord Commercial.
* GK Investments, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm, acquired a five-building industrial complex at 1251-1291 Sunshine Way in Anaheim totaling more than 64,000 square feet from Edward Grech for more than $4.8 million. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Allen Buchanan and Sonya Dopp Grech.
* F&F; Monterey Park Associates, a Burbank-based real estate syndicate, bought a 54,100-square-foot office building at 1 Cupania Circle in Monterey Park for $4 million from Pacifica/ARKA Monterey Park LLC of Marina del Rey. Kevin Shannon and Amy McNamara of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.
* MC Distribution Services, a Fontana-based contract warehousing company, signed a five-year, $4.5-million lease for 231,600 square feet of industrial space at 11751 Cabernet Drive in Fontana. Mark Kegans and Milo Lipson of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. David Consani of CB Richard Ellis and Kevin McKenna of Colliers Seeley represented the landlord, Operating Engineers of Pasadena.
