3 CROP Walks to Benefit Agencies

Residents can take part in one of three CROP Walks today. The walks, held nationally, were founded by Church World Service. Proceeds benefit hunger-fighting and disaster relief agencies.
Walks are scheduled for:
* Oxnard / Port Hueneme: registration 12:45 p.m., walk 1:30 p.m. Westminster Presbyterian Church, 755 Bard Road, Port Hueneme. 485-6358.
* Ojai: registration 12:30 p.m., walk 1 p.m. First Baptist Church, 930 Grand Ave. 646-1885.
* Moorpark: registration 12:30 p.m., walk 1 p.m. Flory School, 240 Flory Ave. 529-3771.
