Construction of Hotel Reaches High Point
Matt Construction of Santa Fe Springs last week celebrated the setting of the highest beam of the 22-story, 640-room Renaissance Hollywood Hotel at Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue, which the builder describes as the largest hotel to be built in Los Angeles in nearly 20 years. The hotel, to be operated by Marriott and scheduled to open in December, is part of the $615-million Hollywood and Highland retail and entertainment project under development by TrizecHahn Corp.
