Halt-Ten Purchases Apartments
Halt-Ten Riata of Los Angeles and Canada purchased the 170-unit Riata at Canoga Park apartments at 8561 De Soto Ave. in Canoga Park from a subsidiary of Palo Alto-based Pacific Properties for $12.1 million. Dean Zander of Hendricks & Partners represented the buyer and the seller.

Bascom Group of Irvine bought the 114-unit Arrow Meadows Apartments at 8701 Arrow Route in Rancho Cucamonga for $8 million from Lin & Tseng Enterprises Inc. Larry Andrews of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and the seller

Scott E. Clifton of San Diego acquired 232 apartments at 851 Lugo Ave. and 2894 Miramonte Drive in San Bernardino for $6.1 million from Miramonte and Equity Alliance of San Diego. Udi Katz of Multi-Housing Realty represented the buyer and the sellers.

Pioneer French Baking Co. bought an 18,651-square-foot building in Azusa from Topaz-Azusa for $5.7 million. Nicholas Coo and David Lee of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Jeff Pion and Jim Donnerstag of CB Richard Ellis.

Brooks Automation signed a 10-year, $4.5-million lease for a 65,804- square-foot building recently constructed by Oltmans Construction Co. at Cascades Business Park in Sylmar. Greg Geraci and David Harding of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Cascades Business Park was represented by Geraci, Barbara Emmons, Greg Barsamian and Scott Wilcott, all of CB Richard Ellis.

Brendan Tours Inc. has acquired a 40,000-square-foot industrial building at 21625 Prairie St. in Chatsworth for $3.7 million from the ProLogis real estate investment trust. Jerry Scullin of Delphi Business Properties represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Nick Gregg and Barbara Emmons of CB Richard Ellis.
