Vaccine Shortages
Re “U.S. Begins Stockpiling Vaccines in Policy Shift,” Oct. 26: I’m just a teensy bit confused. We built a hydrogen bomb. We went to the moon. We orbit Mars. We transplant human hearts. We will use sophisticated weaponry and highly trained forces to locate and battle Afghan cave fighters. But we can’t get our act together on vaccines that would keep us from dying horrible deaths? Hello! What’s wrong with this picture?
