Re “Sidewalk Spat Shaping Up Over Vehicle,” July 23: So let me get this straight. I’m going to be forced to jump out of the way for some silly idiot on a Segway who insists on having the right to use the sidewalk? This sounds like the same people who spend our tax dollars on bike lanes that no one seems to use.
