Another Illegal Tunnel Is Found Near Border

The Border Patrol has discovered another illegal tunnel under construction at the U.S.-Mexico border, probably intended for use by drug smugglers.
The tunnel, 6 feet high and 4 feet wide, was discovered on property owned by the San Diego County government three miles west of the San Ysidro border crossing. The tunnel is about 65 feet long, officials said.
