Man Fatally Shot in Possible Drug Deal

A 30-year-old North Hills man was shot and killed early Friday morning in what detectives said may have been a drug deal that went bad.
Adalberto Moreno was gunned down at 2:15 a.m. in an alley in the 15200 block of Gresham Street, just a few blocks from his home, said Los Angeles Police Det. Mike Oppelt of the Devonshire Division.
Oppelt said investigators believe drugs were involved because, among other evidence, which he would not specify, there have been many problems with narcotics in the area.
No arrests have yet been made, he said.
