Reward Offered for Help in Razor Blade Incident
From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Police announced a $1,000 reward Tuesday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for leaving 18 razor blades on a playground at Laguna’s Main Beach last month.
“The department is looking for help from the community,” said Police Sgt. Guy Miller.
The April 28 discovery of the razor blades, placed where they might injure children, was the first in a series this year of similar discoveries in playgrounds across South County.
