Marine Sent Home to Help Ailing Brother
From Times Wire Reports
A U.S. Marine, Pfc. Ian Perry, got an early ticket home from the Persian Gulf so he could donate stem cells to his cancer-stricken brother Scott. Scott Perry joked they were doing each other a favor: “I got him out of a war zone.”

Scott Perry, 36, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma three years ago. He underwent a stem cell transplant last year, but more tumors were found two months ago.
