Boy Faces Expulsion for Bringing Gun to School
From Times Wire Reports
A third-grader could be expelled after playing show-and-tell with his parents’ unloaded gun during recess and pointing the weapon toward at least one student, officials said.
Windmill Springs School students were outside for recess Wednesday morning when the 8-year-old pulled out the .22-caliber handgun, authorities said.
The boy has been suspended and could be expelled, depending on the outcome of a hearing before school district officials.
