Dallas Cop Indicted in Drug Setup Scam

An undercover narcotics officer, in Dallas, has been indicted on misdemeanor charges after he allegedly planted fake cocaine on dozens of Mexican immigrants who ended up in jail, the government announced.
Senior Cpl. Mark Delapaz was indicted in connection with a scandal that led to the dismissal of charges against more than 80 people. An FBI probe alleges that confidential informants set up innocent people.
