Bible Teacher Jailed in Underage-Sex Case

A Bible teacher at Calvary Chapel has been arrested on suspicion of having sex with a pastor’s teenage daughter, police said Thursday.
John Flores, 34, who teaches Calvary Bible College classes, was arrested Monday at the church on Fairview Street.
He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail at the Santa Ana City Jail, said Police Sgt. Baltazar De La Riva.
Flores was charged Wednesday with two counts of lewd conduct with the 15-year-old girl, who was not identified because she is a minor and an alleged victim of a sex crime.
