Mayor’s Aide to Join Redevelopment Agency

Mayor James K. Hahn said Friday his top economic development deputy will be leaving the mayor’s office to join the city redevelopment agency, where he will oversee projects in the harbor area.
Jonathan Kevles will also serve as the Community Redevelopment Agency’s liaison to the mayor’s office.
“This move will boost our redevelopment efforts throughout the city,” Hahn said in a statement issued while he was on vacation in Hawaii.
