2 Held in Theft of Truck, Credit Cards, Checks

A Ventura woman and a companion have been arrested on suspicion of stealing a truck and nearly a dozen credit cards and checkbooks belonging to people in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, police said Thursday.
Jessica Lynn Frangie, 21, was being held in Santa Barbara County Jail on $10,000 bond. She and Keith Eugene Harman, 25, of Merced County were arrested in Santa Barbara on Wednesday after being spotted in the truck, which was stolen in Ventura in mid-December.
Police said they found the other stolen items and a small amount or drugs inside.
