Suspected Gang Shooting Kills 1
From a Times Staff Writer
One man was shot to death and another wounded Monday night in an apparent gang-related shooting in Sylmar.
The shooting occurred in the 15300 block of Roxford Street shortly before 7:30 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The killers apparently approached the victims on foot.
“There’s a strong possibility both the victims and the suspects were gang members,” Police Sgt. Steve Carmona said.
