* Athletic shoe maker K-Swiss Inc. said its second-quarter net income more than doubled to $12.6 million, or 67 cents a share, from $6.1 million, or 30 cents, a year ago. Revenue rose nearly 50% to $111.8 million. The Westlake Village company also issued guidance for the third quarter of 43 cents to 50 cents a share on revenue of $100 million to $108 million.
