Washington Mutual Bank Branch Robbed
From a Times Staff Writer
A Thousand Oaks branch of Washington Mutual was robbed about 4:30 p.m. Monday, authorities said.
The robber walked into the bank in the 100 block of Hillcrest Drive and handed the teller a note demanding cash, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
No other details were available.
