Tot in Critical Condition After Crash Fatal to 4

A 3-year-old was in critical condition Monday as the result of an accident a day earlier that killed her parents and two other passengers in their vehicle.
The child was flown to Children’s Hospital Central California in Madera after the 3:50 p.m crash Sunday on California 120 east of Buck Meadows, the California Highway Patrol said.
The child’s parents, Sandeep Ramanathan, 35, and Sita Ramasarmi, 31, both of San Jose, were killed in the crash. Also killed were passengers Subbiah Ramanathan, 65, and Rushba Ramanathan, 61, both of India.
