Applications Sought for Crisis Center Volunteers

The Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence is accepting applications for volunteers.
Volunteers will be trained as counselors and to answer the crisis hotline. Other opportunities include outreach to agriculture workers, event planning, fund-raising and clerical assistance.
Training sessions will run from May 5 to July 23 and will be held at the Simi Valley Police Department, 3901 Alamo St., Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 9:30 p.m. For more information, call 983-6014.
