Police Identify Dead Cyclist as Villa Park Man

A bicyclist struck and killed by a gravel truck was identified Wednesday as a Villa Park resident, officials said.
James Rollins, 72, died at the scene of the Tuesday afternoon accident at Santiago Canyon Road and Orange Park Boulevard, police said. He was hit when the truck driver, Jose Najera, made a turn into the Hanson Aggregates West, a concrete recycling plant.
An investigation is continuing, officials said.
