2nd Suspect Held in Fatal Shooting
A second man has been arrested in the July 15 death of a man who was punched and shot while sitting in a car in front of a Garden Grove convenience store, authorities said.
Gary Dwayne Woodside, 26, was arrested by an Orange County sheriff’s deputy in the 11100 block of Cedar Street in Stanton, officials said Wednesday. The Cypress man is believed to have been involved in the shooting of Eric Robertson, 26, of Huntington Beach, who was attacked about 4:50 p.m. while sitting in front of a Circle K on Lampson Avenue.
Steven Jimenez, 35, of Anaheim was arrested shortly after the incident. Woodside was charged with conspiracy and homicide. Police said they expect to make more arrests.
