BentleyForbes Names New Chief Executive
Los Angeles commercial real estate investment firm BentleyForbes has named former Florida real estate executive David W. Cobb president and chief executive.
Cobb succeeds C. Frederick Wehba II, a member of the founding family, who will become a vice chairman. Wehba’s father, C. Frederick Wehba, will remain chairman, and brother Chad Wehba will be another vice chairman.
“We are committed to building a team of seasoned investment professionals to sharpen our focus on acquiring Class A commercial real estate properties across the nation,” C. Frederick Wehba said.
Cobb was chief investment officer of Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. in Orlando, Fla.
