Boundaries Redrawn for La Mariposa Elementary
With Camarillo’s La Mariposa Elementary School at capacity, Pleasant Valley School District is scaling back the school’s enrollment boundaries.
The families affected generally are in Camarillo Springs, Woodside Green and Cal State University Channel Islands, south of the Ventura Freeway. Newly enrolled students will be shifted to Dos Caminos Elementary School and Los Altos Middle School.
Students currently enrolled at Mariposa and their siblings are exempt from the shift, which began Jan. 1.
