Awards for building designs

Architects, builders and planners are invited to enter the 42nd Gold Nugget Awards competition that each year honors residential and commercial building achievements.

Sponsored by PCBC-the Premier Building Show, the competition honors projects in 48 categories, including residential attached and detached production homes for sale, custom designs, affordable communities, senior housing, and apartments.

Homes must have opened for sale or lease after January 2003. Projects from 14 Western states and Pacific Rim countries are eligible.
