Turkey and Greece to Intervene in Peace Talks

Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders have failed to agree on reuniting their Mediterranean island, so Greece and Turkey will join the process.
Feuding Greek and Turkish Cypriots have been meeting almost daily since Feb. 19 on a U.N. peace plan that aims to reunite Cyprus before it joins the European Union on May 1.
U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan will decide any unresolved power-sharing issues in the plan, which will be put to a referendum on Cyprus.
