Poly, led by sprinters Shalonda Solomon and Jasmine Lee, is favored to win its second consecutive state title and third in four years. Wilson, bolstered by the transfers of Carol Rodriguez from Anaheim Western and DeAnna Carson from Moreno Valley Vista del Lago, could be Poly’s biggest challenger.
