Two Formally Accused in Deadly Train Blasts

A Moroccan and a Syrian were formally accused of involvement in the Madrid train bombings that killed 191 people, a Spanish high court source said.
Three other men held in the suspected Al Qaeda attacks on March 11 were freed because there was no indication they had any role, the source said. Fifteen people are in custody in connection with the crime.
