Pedestrian Killed by Train Is Identified
From Times Staff Reports
A man killed by an Amtrak train was identified Sunday as Oswald Rene Chavez, 43, of Oxnard.
Chavez was struck about 9 a.m. Saturday while walking on the tracks south of Buckaroo Avenue and Winchester Drive.
