Seal Beach Police Find Man’s Body
Seal Beach police on Sunday discovered a body, believed to be that of a transient, on Katella Avenue just south of the San Gabriel River Freeway.
The discovery, made shortly after noon, was prompted by a call from a friend, said Sgt. Sharon Kerbow, a police spokeswoman.
The man’s name was not released but he was described as about 52. The death is under investigation, Kerbow said.
